8bd8 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 8bd8 ("8bd8", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 8bd8 website at https://8bd8.net, including all associated games, betting markets, account services, promotional offers, and other features made available to you through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using any part of the Service — including, without limitation, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 8bd8 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or participating in any gaming or betting activity on the 8bd8 platform.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and truthful personal information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation in the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not hold more than one active account on the 8bd8 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual or household are prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances across all associated accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 8bd8, or of any company providing services to 8bd8 under an active commercial arrangement.

8bd8 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point in time. Failure to satisfy any eligibility criterion, or the provision of false information during registration, may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, together with the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 8bd8 platform. To register, you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number and create a secure password. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. 8bd8 will treat any action taken through your account as authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of unauthorised access to your account.

• You must keep your login credentials — including your phone number, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered number — strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify 8bd8 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. Notification should be made via the support email address listed on this site. 8bd8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to notify us promptly.
• 8bd8 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including a copy of your national identity card or passport and proof of the payment method used — before processing any withdrawal or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• 8bd8 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice where fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected, or where the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.

Upon closure of an account — whether initiated by the player or by 8bd8 — any funds remaining in the account wallet will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding disputes, bonus abuse investigations, or outstanding wagering requirements.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 8bd8 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 8bd8 does not impose currency conversion charges. The accepted payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount and daily deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier and will be communicated within the deposit interface at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes for mobile wallet transfers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party payment accounts will be rejected and returned, and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• 8bd8 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, where the amount requested, the account history, or other risk factors warrant additional scrutiny.

8bd8 does not charge fees on standard deposits or mobile wallet withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to the fees imposed by your bank. Any third-party payment processing fees are outside the control of 8bd8 and are the responsibility of the account holder.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

8bd8 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). The applicable rollover multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits for each promotion will be stated in the promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made available.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from wagering bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirement has been satisfied will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 8bd8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
• Players who are found to have abused bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended pending investigation.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. A player who has previously registered an account under a different phone number or identity, or who has previously received a welcome bonus at 8bd8, is not eligible for a new welcome bonus.

8bd8 reserves the right to make final decisions on all bonus-related disputes. Where the platform detects evidence of bonus abuse or co-ordinated exploitation, it reserves the right to void all bonuses, close all associated accounts, and refer the matter for further investigation.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 8bd8 platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules applicable to each individual game, sport, or betting market:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation, except in circumstances where 8bd8 determines that a manifest error has occurred in the publication of odds or event data.
• In the event of a manifest error in the publication of odds — including errors caused by system malfunction, data feed failure, or human error — 8bd8 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the player's account wallet, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension and settlement delays where results are awaiting official confirmation. Bets placed after the outcome of an event is known — whether through system latency or any other means — will be voided.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, and others. 8bd8 does not manipulate game outcomes. 7. Responsible Gaming

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8bd8 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the 8bd8 platform, whether under your own identity or under a false identity, for the purpose of obtaining multiple welcome bonuses or otherwise circumventing account-level limits or restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with game interfaces, or exploit platform features in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, sporting event, or betting market, including through chip-dumping in poker or table games, or through coordinated betting designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Depositing or wagering funds that are derived from criminal activity, or using the 8bd8 platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or any other activity that violates applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise gain unauthorised access to any part of the 8bd8 platform, its backend systems, game servers, or payment processing infrastructure.

8bd8 employs real-time fraud detection and risk management systems. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 8bd8 reserves the right to freeze account balances pending investigation, void affected bets and bonuses, permanently close the account, and report the matter to relevant financial intelligence or law enforcement authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8bd8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer or device damage, or any other intangible losses, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not 8bd8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8bd8's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8bd8 account wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8bd8 platform — including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and all associated intellectual property rights — is owned by or licensed to 8bd8 and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit any content from the 8bd8 platform without the prior written consent of 8bd8.

11. Amendments to These Terms

8bd8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 8bd8 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request the closure of your account. 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
